Effect of Coning Angle on Parachute AerodynamicsCDT Brian Wesson Loyd, USMA
Project Supervisors:
Principal Investigator: This project is part of a research effort by the T*AFSM in collaboration with US Army Natick Soldier Center. The objective in this project is to study the aerodynamic behavior of a G-12 cargo parachute as a function of its coning angle. We investigate how the parachute drag varies as the coning angle varies.
